- 300g Mehl
- 1 gestr. TL Backpulver
- 100g Puderzucker
- 2 Pr. Salz
- 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
- 1 Ei (Größe M)
- 125g weiche Butter
Nach dem getesteten Rezept werden die Kekse bei 180 Grad Oder-/Unterhitze (Umluft: 160 Grad) 7-10 Minuten gebacken.
