Naturally colorful – dye eggs with Heitmann natural dyes! 🌿🥚
Make your Easter celebration environmentally friendly and colorful at the same time! With natural dyes from Heitmann, you can bring spring into your home and dye your Easter eggs sustainably and gently – without any artificial additives. Perfect for anyone who values naturalness and tradition.
With Heitmann natural colors, you can create a perfect combination of tradition, sustainability and creativity. The soft colors are not only an eye-catcher, but also a symbol for a conscious Easter in harmony with nature.
Ingredients
Sugar, coloring plant concentrates safflower, hibiscus, red radish
What is needed:
- Kitchen paper as a base
- Vinegar
- Four glasses
- Tablespoon
- Scissors
- White eggs
Tip:
Decorate the colorful eggs to your heart’s content with stickers and banderoles. This is also great fun for older children!
Boil the eggs and leave to cool.
Cover the work surface with a mat.
Before opening, knead the paint bag to break up any paint powder that has solidified.
Open the paint bags with the scissors and put each color in a jar.
Dissolve the paint in 5 tablespoons of water while stirring. Depending on the color, this may take a few minutes.
Add 100 ml of cold water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the pre-dissolved paint and stir.
Place the boiled, cold eggs in the dye bath. If the eggs are not yet completely covered in dye, add a little more water.
Dye the eggs to the desired color depth (approx. 12 minutes).
Remove the eggs from the dye bath with a tablespoon, dab with kitchen paper and leave to dry.
