Ingredients
lactoseColorant: E 132 indigotine, E 110 yellow-orange S,E 122 Azorubin, E 104 Quinoline yellow, E 151 Brilliant black PN; anti-caking agent:E 470b Magnesium salts of fatty acids
First boil the eggs and keep warm.
Mix two tablespoons of vinegar and 250ml of cold water in a glass.
Separate the color tabs and dissolve them in the water-vinegar mixture.
Color the eggs one after the other in the solution for around five minutes.
Tip:
Rubbing with grease, for example with neutral cooking oil, then ensures a beautiful shine.
